I am getting the error: Profile Missing: Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible.I have followed the current instructions on the posts about: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1152265.I have made contact with apple.care who have assured me that the OS Mac High Sierra 10.13.2 is running fine & up-to-date. They are able to install Firefox & Run it & Profile Manager as root user, however when we try and redo the same steps as the article as local user the error persists. Apple.care have suggested I contact Mozilla for help. Can anyone please help?Thank you for your time & consideration.

1.Check If the Install is Still Going on
Sometimes, it just takes a very long time for you MacBook or iMac to install the macOS Sierra or High Sierra update. So it doesn't necessarily mean that the macOS installation is frozen when the Mac stay at “20 minutes remaining” for two hours. And forcing restarting a Mac during OS installation may cause data loss. Therefore, before taking further action, press Command + L , which will open the log file and shows you if the installation is still going on and the amount of time left.
